March has been about boss fights, minigames, and getting the game ready for its first public showing at GaMaYo in May. The Water Elemental boss is fully playable with a three-phase fight featuring ice shard attacks, lance patterns, and a rotating sweep arm. Warlord Kragg got a major rework with new attack patterns and an enrage mechanic that spawns reinforcements.
Two minigames went in this month. There's a druid maze where you navigate a poisoned labyrinth to unlock the Druid commander, and a frogger-style challenge. The Swamp Witch is a new playable commander that came out of building those encounters. I also added a lore drop system with collectible chests, screen shake, gamepad support, and an emote system.
The item and shop system is properly integrated into the intermission now, with combining, selling, and tier scaling all working. A few new maps went in, including the Pale Reach area for the orc campaign. Most of the last week has been polish and bug fixes, getting things tight for the demo build.
